Training Calendar 2012

Refresher Course - Street Pastors who have been in the ‘field’ for two years or more are now required to attend a Refresher Course in order to fulfil a requirement of the Initiative’s insurance policy and also to maintain good practice and consistency. Curriculum: 1. Ascension Trust – The Vision 2. Key Underpinning Principles 3. The Street Pastor’s Role in the Night time Economy 4.The Biblical Context for Street Pastors 5. Plenary & Feedback.

We have arranged for two sessions. Stuart Clarke will take one on Saturday 21 January 2012, at Abbey Chapel, Tavistock, from 10am-4pm. There will also be a session the following week in Torquay at Upton Vale Baptist Church on Saturday 28 January. If this applies to you and you are able to make either of the sessions, please contact your Street Pastors co-ordinator to let them know that you will be attending so that we can have an idea of numbers.
